The wild game has an important role in the traditional Tuscan cuisine. For this sauce, we have chosen to propose a recipe with a mixture of big game animals: wild boar, deer and fallow deer all hunted in our region. And, to keep even more the bond with our land, we use the PGI Tuscan Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. As per tradition, the sauce is sweeten with dark chocolate.
