The day before the production, we soak our Natural Organic Beans in fresh water to make them soften during the night. The day after we boil the beans with plenty of sage and, to preserve their consistency as much as possible, we fill the jars manually one by one. This long process makes our beans considerably softer than most industrial products on the market. However, if you taste them for example with a sausage or a boiled octopus, you will immediately notice the intense flavor that normally only a legume prepared at home could offer. We also recommend to add raw extra virgin olive oil, a bit of fresh onion and a pinch of pepper.
