TOMATO SAUCES

The artisanal traits of our production have to be found even in our tomato based sauces, which usually represent the most known ready for use sauce, being on the industrial market for longer time. Our aim is to offer, also for this category, an high quality organic certified product. Even if it’s a ready for use sauceit tastes like the tomato sauce that Italian mothers prepare everyday at home. In order to achieve this quality level, all our sauces contain only the best high quality Italian chopped tomatoes and the best organic vegetables. The highly selected organic extra virgin olive oil helps our chefs to complete the miracle, adding, at tasting time, a bit of salt or a bit of sugar. In this way we balance the acidity grade of the product, as our grannies used to do in the past, avoiding the use of any chemical agents.
