Simple tomato sauce in Tuscany is traditionally made with onion, celery and carrot. Precisely the simplicity of preparation makes it often considered superfluous to use a ready-made product. Despite this, the frenetic life of our days has meant that the demand for ready-made sauces, even of the simplest type, has increased considerably. For this reason we decided to offer our quality response, also in this sector, which combines the practicality of a ready-to-eat sauce with an original recipe for a high-end product, based on selected ingredients from organic farming. We always advise not to dress it simply by pouring the sauce over the pasta, but to sauté it a little in the pan so that it dries up, "staining" the macaroni.
