Almost-lost recipes like the Sugo Finto – very well textured sauce even without meat – or the delicate Ragù di Cortile di Carni Bianche, reveal our proud search of our origins. Moreover, the use of local ingredients, such as locally collected game meat, or the PGI Tuscan Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, features the very top of our production. We constantly strengthen our brand link to tradition and quality by introducing ingredients such as the PGI “Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale” Chianina Beef breed or our strictly selected Certified Organic meats and vegetables.
