Thanks to the increase of healty food habits, the consumption of white meat has reached again new high popularity peaks. Since the times of our grandmothers, the rural economy demanded much more frequent consumption of meat from barnyard animals, rather than for more fine bovines and porks, whose breeding definitely required more time. Probably the recipe of the traditional barnyard ragout, brewing only with white meats such as chicken, rabbit or turkey, rised for this reason. We propose to our loyal customers this traditional recipe of our region as a light but tasty alternative to our famous ragouts.
