It is the result of the continuous dedication with which our cook searches for the right balance of ingredients in a new recipe: to the puree we add a little diced tomato and lots of good organic bacon, obtaining a tasty sauce with the right consistency. As a pasta shape, we recommend using bucatini or spaghetti, sautéing them in a pan with the sauce when they are almost cooked.
